By using our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

Product Information

  • Our products are blind / mystery box items.

  • Items are randomly selected.

  • We cannot guarantee specific styles, colors, or designs.

  • Duplicate items may occur, especially when ordering multiple scoops.

Orders

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Each scoop contains 13-15 or 33-35 items(depends on the different scoop choices).

  • Shipping fee is $9.9/$13 USD per scoop(depends on the different scoop choices).

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. Once production or packing has started, cancellation is not possible.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to random item selection

  • Customs delays or import taxes

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a mystery product and accept the randomness and surprise nature of the items.
