A: If any item in your scoop arrives damaged or has a quality problem, please contact us at any time. We can offer a refund or replacement for the affected item.

 

 

Q: Can I choose which items I receive?

A: Our lucky scoop is primarily a random mystery box, but you may choose the preferences when ordering. We will do our best to include them, but we cannot guarantee specific items or designs.

 

 

Q: Can I get multiple scoops with the same items?

A: Items are packed randomly, so duplicates may occur if you order multiple scoops. This is part of the fun and surprise experience!

 

 

Q: How many items are included in one scoop?

A: Each scoop contains 13-15 or 33-35 random items, including a mix of accessories, stationery, and decorative items. From time to time, some lucky orders may receive a special big surprise at no extra cost.

 

 

Q: Can I return or exchange opened scoops?

A: Due to the blind box nature of this product, opened scoops cannot be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns or replacements for damaged or defective items.
